We are perfectly located 10 minutes to the airport which makes this a perfect Fedex crash pad. There is secure, off street parking, a stocked kitchen and bath, wifi, and snacks. Namaste The space The apartment is located in a historical, 1930's brick building with gorgeous concrete detailing, off street parking, and 2 entrances-one to a secure courtyard for fenced in romps for your pup. She has many old world charms such as wide baseboards and crown molding, original hardwood floors and subway tile in the bathroom with renovated plumbing, new bath tub and kitchen cabinets. Guest access As our guest you will have access to the entire apartment and the grounds that have a flourishing community garden in the Spring and fresh yard eggs year round from our free range chickens. There is also a barbeque area with seating and outside fireplace. Other things to note This is a gypsy feeling, revitalized, apartment complex in the inner city of Memphis, TN. We purchased the apartments and have lived here 11 years and have never felt unsafe. If you are skittish, use to a bed and breakfast or prefer a suburbia feel this is probably not your place. But, we live here and will be your neighbor while you are our guest.
