The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The living room contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay. Other things to note Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
