Beachfront house, 20mins from centre of Edinburgh

Large Victorian terraced house directly on Portobello beach, East Edinburgh. Our family home overlooks the promenade and sea, enjoying uninterrupted views across the Firth of Forth. Right beside the sea, but only 15 mins by car from Edinburgh's vibrant and historic city centre. The space You will have full access to a beautiful large sea-front home. There are 3 large comfortable bedrooms upstairs along with a shower room and toilet. The large master bedroom has incredible sea views a comfortable kingsize double. A travel cot can be also be provided on request. The second bedroom has a queen size double sofa bed. This bed has a top of the range mattress and mattress topper, this is a really comfortable space on the south side of the house with views over the rear garden. The third bedroom is a child's room with a raised european sized single bed which would comfortably sleep an adult if necessary. On request, another single mattress can be set up in this room to create a bunk-bed. Downstairs there is a large interconnecting kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a large table that can seat up to 10 people, a large gas hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen leads to a small utility room at the rear with a washing machine and drying rack and access to the gas central heating controls. The living room has a large 3 seater sofa and armchairs, a piano, tv and an open fire. Wood, kindling and matches will be provided so you can get snug on a cold night. Downstairs there is also a good sized family bathroom with a toilet, sink, bath and shower. To the rear of the house is a south-facing enclosed courtyard garden with a bench and small table so you can eat outside on warm nights. A plum and pear tree arch over the back gate which leads to a small lane and parking space for your car. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole property apart from a small bedroom we will use for storage
