Tiny beautiful studio in the center of Brittany

Despite its small size, this compact studio is well arranged and bright. It is equipped with a bathroom and kitchenette. The double bed on the mezzanine is accessible by a steep staircase, so not recommended for frail people. The fully self-contained accommodation has a balcony and on the other side a private entrance from the parking lot. A seven-minute walk from the attractive village, there are shops including bakery, supermarket, banks and restaurants. The space The accommodation is integrated into a 17 m2 individual room on the first floor between the screen printing workshop and our house. It consists of a loft bed with a 160 x 200 cm mattress, a bathroom and a kitchenette downstairs. There is a private rear entrance door accessible from the parking lot and another door leading to the balcony and garden. For babies we can provide a cot and highchair. It's a little too small to stay there all day, but quite comfortable if you leave during the day. You can cook small meals, for big dinners, I would recommend one of the local restaurants. No parties or parties, please. It is possible to arrange an independent check-in, leaving the key in a secure place. Finally, I charge €20 for cleaning, which takes me an hour or two to do properly.
