Lounger Hot Tub Private Two Bedroom Suite

Newly remodeled two bedroom suite with private entrance, lounger hot tub, patio, bathroom, full kitchen, and laundry. The house is located with short access to i70 which makes it an easy hour+ drive to the slopes. It’s only a 10 minute drive to downtown Denver and 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater, foothill trailheads, Ball Arena, and Boulder. The suite is a close walk from Olde town Arvada and the light rail stop for easy transportation from the airport and throughout the city of Denver. The space Private suite includes keyless entry for easy self check in and ample street parking for up to four guests. Inside guests will find the main bedroom with a new king mattress topped with organic latex foam for maximum comfort, a dedicated working space with high speed Wi-Fi and a patio view. The bedroom features a tv with all the favorite streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. Right beside the bedroom is the private bathroom with a new shower with a removable head. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes, and towels for each guest to enjoy the hot tub. A fully stocked daylight kitchen is down the hall featuring brand new appliances, granite countertops, pots, pans, Keurig, and dinnerware. Just beside the kitchen is the dining area high top table where guests can enjoy provided coffee or tea next to the lively greenhouse cabinet. On the opposite side of the wall is the large living room with a 55" 4k TV with all the streaming apps ready to watch from the velvet sofa or leather recliner. The secondary bedroom contains two new twin hybrid mattresses with under the bed storage and a large additional desk with a computer monitor for guests that need a bigger working space. Next to the bedroom is the workout space and laundry room. A large load washer and dryer are provided along with the necessary supplies to keep guest’s clothing clean and fresh. The workout space offers a quiet space to begin or end your day with yoga, ball stretches, or hand weight exercises. Outside the suite is the fenced in garden patio where guests can enjoy privacy on their own outdoor couch. Relax under a beautiful Colorado sunset in the seven-person hot tub with dual-pump rotating jets, lighted waterfall, and a lounging seat. *Please note rules for the spa to keep our guests safe* Apex Recreational Center is just a block East of the residence, in Secrest Park, for guests that prefer access to a gym and swimming pool. We enjoy getting fresh breakfast from Knead the Bakery or the coffee shop that are a block West of the house. More restaurants and bars are a mile away in downtown Arvada. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the second floor suite with separate backyard entrance. The upstairs suite and locked backyard studio is for host use only. Guest's privacy is important to me I will not be in your suite or garden patio space at any time during your stay. There's always empty parking in front of the house close to the guest entrance but feel free to use the gravel drive on the north side if that's a better fit.
