Rockridge Garden Cottage

The cottage is newly remodeled as of March 2022 and now has its own kitchen and bathroom. It is a separate unit in my backyard with vaulted ceilings which gives a spacious feel and french doors that open onto the lush garden. Queen size high end natural organic fiber bed (Earthsake.com), with down comforter + 4 pillows. Dining table and stools. LCD TV, clothes valet, work desk and great internet. Its very quiet and my guests seem to love having a private retreat type space to themselves. The space The kitchen includes a toaster oven and convection hot plate as well as pots and pans, oil for cooking and cleaning supplies and a small fridge. An electric tea kettle as well as pour over and french press coffee makers are available. Queen size high end bed as mentioned above + 4 comfy pillows. Bathroom with subway tiled walk in shower, ceramic tiled floors, ceiling light/fan as well as vanity task lighting. There is a wall heater and an additional space heater that is available as well as a fan in warmer weather. There is space out front of the cottage to sit and enjoy the garden. Street parking is very easy on my block and almost always available within a house or two away. There is no street cleaning or parking restrictions on my block. Rockridge Bart is a 10 minute walk away which gives you easy access to the city and lots of other places. UC Berkeley is 2.5 miles away. Other things to note My beloved dog, Cinder lives with me in the main house and may therefore be in the yard. She can get excited when she first meets you and may bark but once you greet her she will know your one of her tribe. She is 100% lovable, gentle and sweet and has become a favorite amenity of many of my guests ;)
