The finished basement is accessible to guests. 3 season room connected to sitting area. Doors will be locked to unfinished basement. Behind the home, there is a large garage, that is also unaccessible to guests. When outside, Guests are asked to stay on the grass and driveway. *Long term rentals will require a cleaning every two weeks.
