Set in the heart of Wine Enthusiast’s Wine Region of the Year, this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 800 sq/ft terrace level flat with separate entrance, is located in a private setting in the Keswick area. Close to Downtown Charlottesville, we are adjacent to Clifton Inn and Glenmore and minutes to Keswick Hall. After exploring many of Virginia’s wineries, breweries, and historical sites, kick your feet up between the trees in the hammock or share your adventures online with our high speed Wi-Fi. The space Newly renovated private space with 2 bedrooms (queen size beds), living room, kitchen and bath. Guest access Guests will have complete private access to all parts of the rental. Our home is your home. Be comfortable. Make this space your own. If you have ideas to improve our guest experience, please let us know. Other things to note My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. I welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, as we do live on site. There is also a property manager who is within 10 min, in the event we are not home. **Please note that the rental is for the lower level apartment. The apartment is separate from our living space and there are no shared spaces.**
