Another nice double room close to Marina and beach

Room with a double bed on the first floor of a semi-detached house. Sharing first floor shower room and toilet with guests of one other room. There is also a toilet and shower on the ground floor. Off street parking for one car available for a small fee. Situated close to Brighton marina, 5-minute walk to the beach and approximately 20-minute walk to Brighton pier. We have a cat which tries to sneak in sometimes. Tea, coffee and cereal bars available in the room. Sorry, we don't serve breakfast.
