The Boho Lounge offers all the space, comfort, and amenities you need to create unforgettable memories, whether you're here for a family vacation, a group getaway, or a much-needed staycation. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation and convenience, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests across multiple cozy living areas. Main Floor Living: All three bedrooms and one of the two living rooms are located on the main floor, making gathering and unwinding effortless. Each bedroom features a comfortable bed — two queens and one king — along with additional storage, bedside tables, lamps, and charging stations to keep you connected. The largest bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace, offering a quiet retreat to catch up on emails or focus on business if needed. Lower Level Lounge: Head downstairs to the second lounge located in the basement, featuring a walkout door to the private patio and fire pit area. It’s the perfect setup for evening gatherings or relaxing under the stars. The lower level living room features a pull out sofa to accommodate one additional guest. Large Smart TVs and high-speed internet throughout the home ensure everyone can stay entertained. Kitchen & Dining: The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all-new stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a dine-in bar — so the chef never misses out on the conversation. Fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and all your basic essentials, it’s perfect for preparing a home-cooked meal or enjoying takeout from one of the many local restaurants. Enjoy your morning coffee with one of several brewing options provided, along with complimentary coffee grounds, creamer, and sugar. The dining table expands to seat up to 8 guests, and the patio dining table also accommodates 8 for outdoor meals. Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are newly remodeled with bright lighting and plenty of storage space. The upstairs bathroom (on the main floor) features a tub/shower combo. The downstairs bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower. Luxury Tommy Bahama bath products are provided for your convenience, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Each guest will receive a large bath towel, washcloth, and hand towels, with dark makeup towels also available. All Cozy in KC properties are properly registered and licensed with the city. Permit number: STR24-000002. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home except the garage. Instructions for gaining access will be sent on the day of check-in. Other things to note *IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings. *MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property. * PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 9, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED. * PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $125 for two, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations. There are taxes in addition to the fee). There is no fenced in yard at this home but the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets. *CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in. *RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed. ***Please be aware that accessing the main floor from the basement requires navigating steep stairs. We recommend considering this when planning your stay.***
