The space The approx. 40 sqm apartment is divided into an entrance area, a fully equipped, new kitchen with spacious dining area, an intermediate space with closet and desk, a bathroom and a bedroom. Here you will sleep in a comfortable box spring bed. The large balcony with seating invites you to enjoy the unique view. Guest access The private entrance is barrier-free with a large wardrobe and private parking right in front of the house.
