It’s a cozy, clean and well thought out space where you can relax and explore all that the vibrant town of Wadebridge and scenic county of Cornwall has to offer. The apartment comprises of a kitchen with induction hob, oven and microwave, under counter fridge freezer, shower room with a powerful shower, heated mirror with shaver point, dual fuel heated towel rail (electric element for summer use) and a zoned space for living, dining and sleeping with a smart TV that can be angled to suit both bedroom & sofa viewing angles. There is also an outside area where you can sit and enjoy the late afternoon/evening sun. Guest access Silver Birch Apartment has free on-site parking, for one vehicle, on our drive at the front of the house. Other things to note Silver Birch Apartment is a fully self contained annex, however, it is integral to our family home and although fully soundproofed during construction, some ambient sound from our family hub will be present. Please note that we only offer Friday and Monday check ins, but if you have any specific requirements please do send us a message and we will do our best to try and accommodate you.
