Exeter offers a wide range of large & independent shops, cocktail bars & restaurants, the cathedral, & Quay and is ideally suited for trips to the beach and to the moors too We have created a stylish & comfortable home from home for you and your friends and family 🐾to relax & enjoy your visit to our lovely city. The space Offering our guests a quality city break with a few extra added details to set us apart, our stylish and comfortable house is a real treat. With a light and airy modern interior with a flat screen TV in the living area with Netflix and all the usual digital streaming channels a large dining table for family meals together and the option of a double sofa bed too. The three bedrooms feature comfy beds with high quality bed linen and towels. The main bedroom has the option of a superking bed or two single beds. There is a large desk too providing a quiet work space . The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. We also have a travel cot and high chairs for our smaller guests. Relax in the family bathroom with a nice long soak in the bath and toiletries are provided too. Cook up something special in the well equipped kitchen complete with welcome hamper, oven & hob, fridge and freezer, microwave air fryer and coffee machine and enjoy spending quality time together in the open-plan living and dining area where we also have hampers full of games and jigsaws for adults and children to keep you all entertained! Guest access You will have the whole house to yourselves, with the exception of the garage that we use for storage. Although there is no garden, there is a small patio area to the front of the house with a bench and there is a park just 3 minutes walk away with a children’s playground and an area ideal for our four legged guests too. Other things to note We can sometimes be flexible with check-in time. If there are no guests immediately before your arrival we are more than happy to allow an early check-in. Similarly if you wish to leave a little later. Please message us well in advance of your preferred check-in/ out time and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.
