Unfortunately, we don’t have a gym in the building. Nearby gym can be accessed with a fee. Affordable Pay parking is available in the building at a very reasonable price. Air Mall, supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants are all in the first and second floor. There’s another mall in the next building with plenty of shops as well. Full service laundry is also available in the building. Drop off and pick up. Entertainment and Amenities: The unit is equipped with up to 300mbps high speed internet so you won’t miss sharing those IG moments, 50-inches smart TV that comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Youtube. Luxury tri-color ceiling lights with discreet ceiling fan. All the lights can be changed from warm, soft white, and bright light depending on your mood. The outlets in the entertainment center and bedrooms comes with USB port for charging your phones and other electronics. Kitchen and Dinning: Kitchen utensils that matches the luxury gold designed plates for your unique and elegant experience. It includes all the necessary kitchen appliances and pots and pans for light cooking. Panini sandwich maker is also included if you want to prepare snacks. Bedroom: Bedroom is well designed with lots of compartments / cabinets to put away your luggages. The bed comes with memory foam mattress for your optimal sleep comfort. It also includes pin lights on the head board that’s comes in 3 different colors depending on your mode. It also includes electrical outlet and USB for your electronics. Blackout curtains installed for you sleep in during your stay to have a good rest. Balcony and Views: The balcony have a good view of the city skyline and the amenities. Great to relax for fresh air and coffee in the morning. Bathroom: Shower includes hot and cold water. Dove brand body wash and shampoo are provided at a wall mounted dispenser. The bathroom is very elegant with big mirrors and great lights. Comes with complete set of Body, hand, and face towels. Comes with hair dryer too! Guest access Check-In & Access: Guests will receive a unique digital code to access the unit. This code is valid only during your check-in and check-out time for added security. To ensure smooth entry into the building and use of amenities, we kindly request a valid ID for all staying guests. Alternatively, let me know in advance and I’ll secure a pool voucher for you. Other things to note Guest Policy: You’re welcome to receive visitors during your stay! For non-overnight guests, please provide their full names in advance so I can authorize access with the front desk and security. For overnight guests, I’ll need a valid ID so I can prepare the necessary authorization form to submit to building management. There is a charge of 450 pesos per person, per night for overnight stays. Please let me know ahead of time, as I also provide extra bed linens for your overnight guests. Standard 2 person in the unit, the 3rd and 4th person will have a charge of 450 per person per night. These guest policies are required by the condo administration to ensure the safety of all guests and residents.
