Private guest house located 10 minutes from the Washington State Fairgrounds, with room for oversized vehicles/trailers. We have quick access to freeways to carry you to the entire Puget Sound area. Our spacious, peaceful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home gives you lots of quiet country privacy right in the city. The guest house sits behind the main farmhouse providing the best views. The owners live on the property. We are family-friendly and love to share our hobby farm. The space Mares Landing offers a comfortable cowboy bunk house feeling. The main floor bedrooms offer easy luggage and laundry handling. The upper level has the living room, kitchen, dining area, and second bathroom. A spacious covered upper-level deck has a view of the property, animals and glorious sunsets. The guest house is two-story with stair safety gates provided. Guest access We are able to offer horse trailer parking, oversized vehicles, and multiple car spaces. The neighborhood is rural farm land with Uber and Lyft servicing the area. We are very near great restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation and the Puyallup Fairgrounds. Other things to note Our friendly dog, Tess, is the self-appointed greeter on the property. She welcomes new friends. The property is securely fenced and gated. Please note there are stairs to access the upper floor and outdoor deck. (Refer to photos.)
