Historic Home Minutes to Downtown

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. A 7 minute drive to Downtown St Petersburg and 15-20 min to Florida’s pristine beaches. Can fit 4-7 guests, king bed, queen bed, inflatable bed and a comfortable couch. We have a crib available upon request. Neighborhood is quiet and nice. You can drive, walk or even bike. If you wanted to bike to the Pier or Downtown St Petersburg that will be a 20 min ride. The space Both rooms are spacious, have blackout curtains and memory foam mattresses. The third bed is an air mattress that we pair with a separate memory foam mattress topper which makes the mattress feel like you’re on a regular bed. It’s a 1.5 bathroom since only one of them has a shower/bathtub. We also have an office space next to the kitchen if you work remote and want to bring your laptop to catch up with some work. Guest access You have access to the whole house.
