Currently our complex is under construction and is getting a huge facelift. While there is lots going on it hasn't affected any of our stays and we are happy to offer the condo at a bargain price for our guests who want a place on the ocean and can handle the construction while we await our new look! Enjoy our rare beachfront balcony in this bright, clean, newly renovated vacation paradise. Have a longer stay? Ask us about Long Term pricing! The space Guests will have the entire condo to themselves. Enjoy a beautiful beach view and a cool breeze off the water. Inside the condo our guests are provided with all the linens needed for a comfortable stay including fresh sheets, extra bedding for the couch sleeper, and bathroom towels. You will need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and toilet paper. Kiddos can enjoy the kids size bunk beds while adults can sleep in the bedroom on a queen size bed . The condo can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 kids , the bunk beds are not made for adults to sleep comfortably in, but our couch does lay down to a full size bed for additional adults. Cook your meals on our 2 burner stovetop in the fully equipped kitchen that includes pots, plates, cups and silverware. A 12 cup coffee pot is provided along with your first morning of coffee. We suggest waking up and enjoying it on the patio listening to the relaxing sounds of the waves. Guest access Guests are able to enjoy two pools on the property one which is heated for those cooler days. Beach access is available through gates that are opened by card access. When arriving guests must check in with the front desk that is open 7am-7pm daily . There you will be provided with a map of the premises and other helpful information you can use during your stay. Villa Del Sol does charge a $20 dollar parking fee, and it must be paid upon arrival. Gate cards will be provided so that you can easily access the property throughout your stay. Other things to note We love our Condo, the staff and property at Villa Del Sol and want our guests to be aware that currently the buildings themselves are undergoing various renovations to further enhance our guests' experience. These repairs should cause no inconvenience to our guests during their stay with us. We are aware there is a-lot of construction going on right now as a result of the new Harbor Bridge being built, we can't wait to see all the future has to hold for our north beach area! North Beach is also currently working on a canal project which will enhance drainage and offer beautiful pedestrian walking paths along the canal. While the work is being done, there are traffic cones along the road to the entrance of the complex.That being said please reach out to us if you have any difficulty finding our property, we are always happy to help!
