The hut!

The Hut is a portacom building away from the main house. Sleeps 2 Adults but there is a foldout couch in the living space, which can accommodate an adult or child (additional charge). There is also a cabin with a double bed. You must let me know if you require. (Charges app). Fully self contained in a Farm setting amongst animals. Ideal for a weekend getaway. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. There is no wifi but a data tower is near the property so internet can be accessed The space The space has a separate Bedroom, bathroom with shower. Kitchen has all the basic amenities. Gas elements and small bench top oven. Fridge/Freezer. The sitting area has two couches one which can fold out to a spare bed for a child or extra adult. Arrangements need to be made with hosts to access this. There is a large outdoor decking area that is weatherproof so ideal outdoor eating area. The Hut is not new but is very comfortable. It is clean with good amenities. Guest access On booking you will be given directions to access "The Hut". There is undercover parking. The farm area is available for you to go walking over (Not driving). Fences are electrified so please use the gateways. There are magnificent views over the valley. The directions include following blue plastic flag markers along the fence, however these are not visible in the dark. If you drive past some stock / cattle yards you have missed your gateway. Other things to note This space is available during our quiet season. During our summer contracting season the space houses our overseas/away workers. There is a 2nd Air B & B listing close to the house. This has access to a shared coldwater swimming pool. Arrangements can be made for The Hut to be able to use this space also. The local hotel is 5 mins down the road and does great meals or Reefton is 20 mins to the north and Greymouth 45 mins south.
