A 5-minute walk from the metro, close to the beach and full of supermarkets (LIDL, Mercadona, Family Cash, Día...), restaurants on the same street and other services in the area, which can be accessed on foot. 15-minute drive to Valencia. The space It is a 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom, dining room and kitchen. I live in the accommodation but I'm out during the day. You have space to work/study, a spacious dining room and a very comfortable sofa. Very bright and quiet neighborhood.
