Natural light fills this remodeled home. Centrally located in the heart of an Englewood neighborhood with blocks to walk or bike. Close to schools, grocery and shopping. Located a short distance from I-70/I-75 which quickly gets you to downtown Dayton or the airport (10 minutes). Dayton Boasts of many things to do. A short distance from metro parks with miles of hiking, the free Wright Patterson Airforce Museum, Dayton festivals, breweries, March Madness, Scheuster Center Performing Arts.. The space The home is 3 bedrooms, two of which guests have access to, the other is the owners personal space that is used when we are not hosting guests. BR #1 has a queen bed and BR #2 has 2 twin size. Guests will have full access to the washer, dryer normal amenities of a home. There is not a dishwasher and the fireplace is absolutely off limits. Use of the fireplace will result in forfeiting the deposit. Driveway or street parking, no garage access. Management lives in town and is happy to answer any questions or be on stand by during your stay.
