The Haven is a peace-filled retreat

The Haven is a private, self-contained new guest suite divided off from the main house, with a separate entrance and its own private driveway and parking. In a semi-rural setting away from the bustle and noise of the city, the most common comment about The Haven is how peaceful it feels. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place! The space The bedroom has a very comfortable queen size mattress, with soft French- linen sheets, and a variety of goose-down pillows. Non-down pillows can be provided on request. The bedroom is curtained from the open living and kitchenette space. A large couch can be made up as an extra bed, and by arrangement a further guest room can be made available for 1-2 extra persons. The living area is spacious with a pleasant view onto a private lawn and garden. The property is a sprawling 2.2 hectares with a variety of areas; a modest arena and stables for horses, and paddocks leased out for horse grazing, a restful pond area, 2 family dwellings and a tiny house, a counselling cabin for Briar's work, and parking for mobile homes. Despite the many functions of the property, The Haven remains peaceful. Guest access You can choose to remain within the demarcated Haven area, or roam the property, whilst respecting the privacy of the dwellings. Other things to note You will probably have noted that there is no TV in The Haven. This is by choice as an aid toward preserving your peace.
