Enjoy the amazing view of San José. Close enough to the city, far enough to getaway with comfortable mountain climate. Independent entrance. 8 minute walk to bus and 5 min bus ride to Escazú down town. You can also find very close restaurants, shops, supermarkets, all services. The space Come visit our house, it has several apartments and a nice view! Guest access It is an apartment with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living-dining room-kitchen, a small patio and a common laundry room. Beautiful heated pool and Jacuzzi, diving board for everyone's enjoyment Other things to note At Casa Roraima! We hope you have a nice stay. Some important points: On 🚮 Tuesdays and Fridays, please pick up the garbage truck🗑️, and Thursday the recycling truck ♻️ Both things can be left in the garage in the respective basket or in the basket outside on the street. 🌎 We recycle plastic, paper/cardboard, aluminum and glass, it should be clean and dry! so help us take care of the environment. 🐕 Pets are welcome! We just don't have a lawn so better to take them out, if by accident they do inside please clean well! 🛁 When you like to use the Jacuzzi (whirlpool) you indicate me and I turn it on remote. ☀️ We use solar energy to power our house as well help us by turning off the lights when you use them for us 💡. 🏊 The heating of the pool works 5 hours a day, if you want it for longer let us know something in advance. 🧺 In the bathroom next to the terrace they find pool towels. Please do not take the white towels out of the apartments and also do not use them inappropriately (example to remove makeup) 🤫 Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, come and Saturday can be from 12mn ⛔️🎉 Parties are strictly forbidden 🧑‍🤝‍🧑👭If you would like to bring guests please check with your hostess, there are additional charges. 🍽️🥛🍷Accidents can happen, if something is broken or damaged by their use, we ask them to please make voluntary monetary compensation to replenish the damaged. 🧺 The laundry room is open from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm for the solar panels. If you like to dry on the clothes rack would be great, we only ask you to take care of the resources. If you need instructions for use you let me know (the washing machine on the left is not working). On the whiteboard write your name on the days you want to use the laundry on your calendar📆, to use in the morning or afternoon. 🚽 You 🚫 should not throw paper 🧻 or any other object inside the toilet, only in the dumpster! 🚭 Please do not smoke 🌄 The terrace area is shared so you can use it when you like it.
