1(or2)room in villa with pool near city & airport

Peaceful, safe and centrally located place, 8 minutes drive to Darwin Airport and 8 min drive to city, 11 min to Casuarina Uni/hospital/mall (bus stop nearby, Uber, eBike or I can drive for a fee). Carport & off street parking available. Up to 2 guests per bedroom: This one is the biggest & quietest, new queen bed, built-in wardrobe, shared bathroom. Big park at the back, pool across the street. The bedrooms are renovated & the rest of the house follows (Photos don't lie). Breakfast provided. The space We want to make it clear that we live here and two of our three bedrooms are available for AirBnb guests (link to other room: https://www.airbnb.com/h/easydarwin1 ): quite big bedrooms with clean aircon and ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes and plenty of electricity power points. Key to lock the bedroom door. Recently renovated and freshly painted. This particular bedroom is the biggest of the two, with the best bed and workspace, and is located on the quietest side of the house. Rather big shared bathroom with shower (no bath). Big living room with TV and chromecast on (free) WiFi. KITCHEN BEING UPGRADED THIS WEEK, MAY OR MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE TO COOK, comes with all pots and pans, (oven, stove to be confirmed, work in progress), microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee/tea/milk and some breakfast items available to guests. The complex pool is very nice, partially shaded and quite big. Shower and 2 toilets available there, find it 2 houses down, entrance to the left. Courtyards with ceiling fans at the front and at the back. Fenced big park/common garden from the back courtyard gate. Laundry, washing machine and clothes line available. There is everything you need, name it, it is available! Check our location on the map (in the app) and see how going everywhere is so easy. See “getting around” section for details. We are in the eBike zone. We clean and sanitize the whole space according to Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocols (more info on airbnb.com/cleaning ). Please don’t forget to check the “house rules”… Guest access Access everywhere except our bedroom and other guest’s bedroom. Park adjacent to back porch, complex pool 2 doors down, across the street, open from 6:00 to 22:00. During your stay We will be in and out for work (shift hours) and other but will endeavour to be available at most times. Any questions, needs or issues will be addressed asap! Other things to note Pending availability, I could pick you up or take you to the airport or to town for $15 or elsewhere for $2/km.
