Welcome to our accommodation in Madrid! :) It is an apartment with a private entrance from the street located near El Retiro Park (about a 10-minute walk), ideal for families, friends and business travellers who want to explore the city. We hope you enjoy your stay here :) PARKING: In accordance with current regulations, vehicles without a DGT environmental badge (A label) are prohibited from entering and circulating in the area. The space The property is located on the ground floor and has direct access from the street. As you can see in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with a sofa and television, in an open space with a dining table - a kitchen area open to the living room - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (150x190) - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (135x190) - 1 bathroom *As it is a ground floor flat, you may hear noise from the street Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The accommodation has central heating and air conditioning with ducts in all rooms. It is controlled by a thermostat. Hot water is provided by an electric 65L water heater: once it has been used up, just wait for the thermos to fill up again. Parking in the area is limited and chargeable, it can be difficult to find a parking spot. Nearby parking: Parking APK2 Retiro - Niño Jesús Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
