Individual entrance, kitchenette (no hob/oven), bathroom, sofa/double-bed, patio, large table, underfloor heating, blackout curtains. Chelsfield station 8 min walk, 30 min to London Bridge, ‘Oyster Card’ accepted. Next to the station is a nice British Pub/Restaurant and some small grocery stores. Our 'Summer House' is a proper Studio with everything you need for a short-term stay. We're a multinational family and love to travel. You'll stay in a quiet, friendly, and green part of Greater London. The space The Studio can also be used as an office with good Internet connection. Bathroom has an electric shower, there is underfloor heating, and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The sofa folds easily into a double-bed, the dining table can be extended and can be used as a desk, large wardrobe, and TV. You have your own patio, separated from our part of the garden by big plants for privacy. Please note that there is no hot water, apart from the electric shower of course. There is also no stove/hob for cooking. But all crockery, cutlery, mugs & glasses etc are here, also some coffee, tea, salt & pepper etc, and of course bed linen, extra blankets and towels will be provided. If the weather is nice, you can sit outside on the patio with table, chairs and a parasol. Guest access An alley originating in the adjacent streets around the block will take you to the Studio. You will enter the premises through the gate in the back of our garden. Next to the gate is a key box with a code we'll provide, for added flexibility, so you can decide when you wish to come and leave. We will send guests detailed instructions of course. Other things to note Friends and family keep telling us they love our Studio in the garden. We received very good reviews since we started hosting on Airbnb in Spring 2022. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be independent while at the same time not spend a fortune on hotel accommodation in the city!
