Welcome to our beautiful and much loved home. Nestled in the sought after bohemian area of Hanover with its multi-coloured rows of houses, vibrant social scene and village feel, the property is perfectly placed to explore the city. The house is just a short 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of town, the Lanes and the legendary seafront. We are a creative family of artists, designers and makers and the space has recently been renovated and lovingly furnished to a very high standard. The space This gorgeous 2-bedroom, 3-storey townhouse consists of 2 bedrooms with Vispring mattresses. We ensure bedding that is divinely comfortable. Linens and towels are of the very best Egyptian cotton and sumptuous goose down duvets and pillows aid the perfect nights sleep. The house offers a large contemporary open-plan living/dining space which leads onto a lovely garden area with table and chairs. An exquisite handcrafted dining table seats 6 within a fully equipped kitchen. We have provided everything you need to prepare delicious meals or simply relax and unwind in front of our Smart TV with Netflix. We have a second cosy lounge area with a sofa bed and smart TV. A light and airy bathroom with large shower over bath. We provide fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for each guest. As we are all from an artistic and creative backgrounds our intention was to make a home that was both nourishing and beautiful. The wooden floors are covered with gorgeous Moroccan handmade rugs and the walls with bespoke art. Great care has been given to making your stay memorable with a curated display of original paintings, prints and photography. From the hand crafted wooden furnishings and colour schemes throughout, the space has been infused with love. We really hope you will feel comfortable here and that you get the chance to relax and soak up our vision of a boutique hide-away in the heart of one of the most creative buzzing cities in the UK. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note You have chosen a great place to stay for your trip! You will get more space, privacy and a home away from home feel. However, please do remember that this property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties or under 25's. If 4 guests in total book to stay and wish to use the additional sofa beds there is a fee of £15 per sofa bed to cover laundry. This is already calculated in the price if more than 4. Please note that in the event of an early departure, the property will charge you for the full amount of your stay. Please make sure that if you do not have permission for a later check-out than 11am, checking-out after 11am will incur a charge. This is due to our cleaners having tight cleaning deadlines and delaying them causes issues cleaning other properties. If you do need to stay later please just do get in touch.
