Rustic Downtown Tomales Studio

Conveniently located right on Highway 1 just minutes from Dillon Beach and a short drive north and south to hiking, kayaking, Tomales Bay and Pt Reyes National Seashore. Steps from Tomales Bakery for breakfast and the William Tell House for drinks and dinner. The space A rustic open floor plan studio space with mid century modern decor providing basic necessities including a large bathroom with a walk in shower, desk/work area and a living room area. IMPORTANT: Please take note of the rustic nature of this space. It does NOT have a heating or air conditioning system, so sleeping temperatures will run colder at night and vary with the outdoor forecast during the daytime. A space heater and down comforter are included for the chilly nights. For warmer days and nights, a ceiling fan and fully operable windows (with screens) provide excellent cross ventilation. Please note, only two guests are allowed. Sorry - no pets are allowed on the property or in the studio at any time. Guest access Street parking is free and readily available. Please do not block the driveway.
