No parties allowed. !No noise music !Pets are not permitted. ! There is absolutely No smorking permitted in unit and balcony. !No guests inside the home that are not on the reservation without written consent. If guest want to invite visitors.(maximum 2 people and limited time only Guest need to send visitors name . but from 10PM No visitors in unit( Please let them go ) Anytime over 4 people in unit will get vacating notice with no refund. ( we are happy to host our guests. But some of guests book my unit for group gathering.) I experienced one of guest booked my unit as 1. And we found 35 people was in unit .. Building manager live in the building. So we can find that easily . 99% guests are so lovely. But 1% are not..
