Bright open basement suite

Bright above ground basement suite in our family home. Beautiful rural area just 7 minutes from town. Private entrance on the side of the home. We are just outside of town and have lots of crown land to walk and explore. Whether you are coming for work or play- Williams Lake has something for everyone. The space There is a large living room/dining room space, a full kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom (with a stand up shower). The space is furnished with everything you should need for a work trip or holiday. We live in the home above and do have two busy kids and a puppy so occasional noise will be heard. Outside there are chickens- which means farm fresh eggs for anyone who feels like collecting them! The home is heated and cooled with central forced air. The basement does tend to run cool- which is fantastic for our hot summers- but please keep this in mind. The basement has three separate heaters provided. Guest access Full access to the entire basement suite. Laundry is available on request for longer stays. You have your own private entrance and small outdoor space.
