This newly-remodeled home is a 20-minute walk or a 3-minute drive to the UO and Hayward Field, and includes new air-conditioning, leather sofas, mattresses and bedding. The space This clean and wonderful home has a spacious living room, dining space, two lovely bedrooms, a side room with convertible leather sofa, and a well-equipped kitchen. New ductless air-conditioning will keep you comfortable in any season. Hayward Field and the U of O Campus are a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive. Autzen Stadium is an 8-minute drive or ~50-minute walk. The living room features two large leather couches, leather loveseat, coffee table, Bluetooth speaker, and a leather recliner with footrest, making it a wonderful room to relax and socialize in. There are two bedrooms with Queen sized beds, and a television room with a leather couch that can convert to a bed. In the kitchen we provide cooking oils, salt and pepper, organic coffee, tea, sugar, creamers, and a selection of instant oatmeal for a quick breakfast. Also included are a toaster, microwave, electric hot water kettle, full-size stove with oven, and of course a full selection of plates, bowls, glassware, mugs, utensils and paper towels. In the bathroom we provide all-in-one shower gel, new clean bath towels, hand towels and facial towels. A blow-dryer can be found in the cupboard. The laundry room is next to the kitchen with laundry detergent and bleach provided. Baby friendly: we offer a portable crib without any extra charge. It is located in the hallway closet to the right of the bathroom. This house features a private back yard with patio table and seating for four. With an all natural, locally-owned grocery store 2 blocks away, as well as a large Albertson's grocery store 5 blocks away, there is easy access to food. A laundry room is located next to the kitchen with laundry detergent provided. The living room features a large leather couch, leather loveseat, coffee table, and a leather recliner with footrest, making it a wonderful room to relax and socialize in. This includes blocking off extra days between reservations, sanitizing frequently touched items such as doorknobs, light switches, remotes, cabinet handles, etc. Due to the extra time spent cleaning/sanitizing and the fact that we pay our cleaning partners a living wage our cleaning fees have increased a bit. We also have self check in to avoid in person contact with guests and please know that it is our normal operating procedure to never enter the home during a guest's stay. We are doing everything we can to provide safe and healthy environments for our guests, ourselves and our community. We are happy to host guests who are coming to Eugene for work, education or to visit family, or those looking to quarantine themselves away from families, or have a “staycation” for a change of scenery. We love our community and ask that you maintain all social distancing and “Stay Home, Save Lives” measures as recommended by our local government. This includes no visitors, only registered guests may enter the property. We appreciate your compliance with these measures to protect our community. Guest access As our guest you will have access to the whole house, small backyard with patio, and one parking space in the driveway (LEFT side). Other things to note This is one half of a duplex. The other side is also an Airbnb. We ask that all of our guests be respectful of each other. We offer flexible check-in and check out hours, please check with us first! Please only park in the LEFT side of the driveway, thank-you! A $50 fee per person/per night is applied for each guest above 4. If you have selected the correct number of guests (if more than 4 guests) while you were searching then this has already been applied to the price per night. No pets, no smoking or vaping, and no parties, thank-you.
