The space This clean and wonderful home has a spacious living room, dining space, two lovely bedrooms, a side room with convertible leather sofa, and a well-equipped kitchen. The【living room】 features two large leather couches, leather loveseat, coffee table, Bluetooth speaker, and a leather recliner with footrest, making it a wonderful room to relax and socialize in. 【Bedroom & office】There are two bedrooms with Queen sized beds, and a dedicated workspace with a leather couch that can convert to a bed. In the 【kitchen】 we provide cooking oils, salt and pepper, organic coffee, tea, sugar, creamers, and a selection of instant oatmeal for a quick breakfast. Also included are a toaster, microwave, electric hot water kettle, full-size stove with oven, and of course a full selection of plates, bowls, glassware, mugs, utensils and paper towels. In the 【bathroom】，we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh, clean bath towels, hand towels, and face towels. A hair dryer is available in the cupboard for your convenience. The 【laundry room】 includes a brand new washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and bleach are thoughtfully provided. 【Baby friendly】We welcome families with little ones! A portable crib, baby high chair, toys, children’s books, outlet covers and cabinet locks are provided to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. Please message us in advance if you would like us to set up the crib for you. 【back yard】This house features a private back yard with patio table and seating for four. Brand-new ductless【 air conditioning】 ensures comfort in every season with independent temperature controls for the living room and both bedrooms—ideal for a group with different preferences.  【Location】 Hayward Field and the University of Oregon campus are just a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. Autzen Stadium is an 8-minute drive, and Amazon Park is only a 5-minute walk from the house. For your convenience, a locally owned natural grocery store is just 2 blocks away, and a large Albertson’s grocery store is within 5 blocks, providing easy access to all your food needs. . Guest access As our guest you will have access to the whole house, small backyard with patio, and one parking space in the driveway (LEFT side). Other things to note Please read the House Rules before booking, thanks! This unit is for 4 guests maximum. An additional $50 per person per night will be charged if more people stay. No pets, no smoking or vaping, and no parties or large gatherings, thank-you. This is one half of a duplex. The other side is also an Airbnb. We ask that all of our guests be respectful of each other. Please only park in the LEFT side of the driveway, thank-you!
