This unique loft style place has a style all its own. Small but mighty, the Golden Lady is full of comfort and little extras. Located in a safe area 5 minutes from Lee University. Enjoy the cute little coffee shops of old town Cleveland or drive to the Hiwassee or Ocoee River for an adventure. This space is perfect for a short stay or a longer stay. The comfortable queen size bed has storage space underneath and a 45 inch TV and everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The space The golden Lady is a loft/studio set up. It has one area for sleeping eating and working as well as a bathroom. It is quite small but perfect for an overnight stay or even a weeks stay if needed. It is located at the end of the driveway of our other listings called the 70’s vibe house and the golden thumb basement apartment. There is a shared grass and play area. Guest access You will have access to your private space as well as the grass area inside of the fence. Other things to note The Carriage house is a small out building that was once an extra office of a Law firm that was located in the bigger house (the 70’s house also listed on airbnb.). We saw great potential in the space and therefore added a bathroom as well as a kitchenette. This space is small but has all that you would need for a short stay or a longer stay if needed.
