No one who smokes or vapes anything — anywhere, ever — may stay at this cabin. Even smoking or vaping outside transfers residue to furniture and linens, and I am highly allergic. (A Georgia fishing license is required and easy to obtain online or at Walmart.) 🧼✨ Thoughtfully Stocked & Spotlessly Clean ✨🧼 This cabin is maintained to a very high standard, especially for guests with sensitivities. • All linens washed in hot water with Tide Hygienic, double-rinsed. • Sheets and towels bleached. • Non-bleach items washed with white vinegar (natural disinfectant). • No dryer sheets — only wool dryer balls. • Every surface sanitized; cleaning supplies provided for guest use. • MERV 13 air filter in HVAC system. • Upstairs items are never washed with anything from downstairs. 🏡 The Cabin 🛏️ • Central heat & air (you control the thermostat). • 2 bedrooms with queen beds. • Large bathroom with tub, dual shower heads, handheld spray & heated bidet. • Living room with comfortable seating & 55” TV. • Fully stocked kitchen (dishwasher, stove, microwave, Keurig, cookware, dishes, etc.). • Fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi: 250 up / 250 down. • I also provide fresh eggs from my chickens (no rooster), coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, and snacks. ⚠️❤️ Important House Rules (Please Read Carefully) ❤️⚠️ 🚭 No Smoking / No Vaping — No Exceptions This is extremely important. (If you have a well-behaved slightly younger child, please ask before booking. The home is not toddler-safe.) 👥 Maximum renters: 4 (Union County ordinance). ❗ Exceeding this limit will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. ♨️ Hot Tub Use ♨️ The hot tub is private and available year-round. For stays longer than 3 nights, it will need routine maintenance on day 3 — either by you adding pre-measured chemicals or allowing a brief maintenance visit (which would require access through the house). 🔒 Privacy & Security 🔒 • Nothing is shared — your space is completely private. • I live downstairs, but your privacy is my top priority and you’ll likely never see or hear me. • Outdoor security cameras are present for safety and cover the entire property (not the hot tub). ⏰ Check-Out — No Cleaning Fee 🧹 • Check-out is 10:00 AM. • Complimentary 30-minute grace period. • After 10:30 AM: $50 + $30 every 15 minutes. • Late check-out is not available, as the home must be ready by 3:00 PM for incoming guests. 🌸 A Little Extra Care 🌸 Celebrate your special moments here! I truly appreciate you and would love to host your peaceful getaway. 📜 Union County Short-Term Rental License #025020 👥 Maximum Renters: 4 Guest access The cabin features a comfortable living room, a well-equipped eat in kitchen, two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a full bathroom with a tub plus two shower heads, including a handheld. The living room has a 55” TV and the bedrooms each have a 37” TV—all with Firesticks, cable, and many streaming options including Netflix. Step outside to the screened porch with rocking chairs, or head to the open deck to enjoy the private two-person hot tub and charcoal grill (everything is provided except food and charcoal). Beach and fishing gear are also available for your use. To make your stay extra easy, I provide fresh eggs, orange juice, K-cups (coffee, tea, cider, and hot chocolate), plus snacks. I live in a separate apartment downstairs. Your privacy is fully respected—nothing is shared, and we most likely won’t meet. There are no quiet-hour restrictions, arrival is easy with a keypad entry, and you’re welcome to stay up late enjoying movies (popcorn included!). Location & Supplies The cabin is about 20–30 minutes from most towns and grocery stores, including Blairsville GA, Blue Ridge GA, Hayesville NC, Young Harris GA, Murphy NC, and Hiawassee GA. Copperhill TN is about 40–45 minutes away. Grocery Delivery: Walmart in Blairsville delivers directly to the cabin. Orders are left on the deck, so please schedule delivery when you’ll be there. For $15, I’m happy to bring in and put away your groceries before arrival—please check with me first to confirm timing and availability. Guest Count Only the exact number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Each guest has an additional nightly cost. Union County strictly limits this cabin to 4 guests maximum. If more than 4 people are present, all guests will be required to leave immediately. Nearby Fun ½ mile to The Cove at Nottely Boat Club (boat rentals, weekend live music, large lake-view deck, wine & beer) May 1 – Oct 1: I provide a paid pass to Poteete Creek Campground (3.6 miles away), which includes: Swimming beach Fishing Picnic tables & grills Boat ramp I also provide beach towels, umbrella, chairs, cooler, beach blanket, all fishing gear, and a full grill kit—all at no extra charge.
