Five bedrooms, three and a half baths, open concept, full finished basement, and pool (only available seasonally). *Located in a residential neighborhood within Oxford city limits. *1.7 miles to the center of uptown Oxford *1.8 miles to the center of Miami University campus *Short walk to Oxford Community Park We love our neighbors and have a very strict NO PARTY policy. Guest access All areas except for storage areas will be available for use. Pool is only available seasonally. Other things to note House is child friendly but staircase is open as seen in the pictures. Baby gates can be put up on the main level if requested. Pool will be covered with safety cover. Please no additional guests in camper/RV in driveway/road.
