The space This guest suite is the lower level of private home with a separate entrance. The host resides in upper levels of the home. Please note that the path to the entrance has an incline. The Living Room area has a large comfortable sectional with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, 4K Smart television, DIRECTV, access to Netflix, Prime TV streaming. The Kitchen has seating and essentials to make complete meals...coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, cook-top, counter-top toaster oven, microwave. The suite has 1 queen size bed, and a queen size sofa bed. There is a dedicated work-space and WiFi. Fresh 100% cotton sheets and towels are available throughout your stay. For longer stays, bed linens are exchanged every 7 days for your comfort. Guests are responsible for changing sheets when clean sheets are provided. No pets. Guest access The designated parking space is to the right side of driveway. See "Welcome Guest Parking" sign. (Please do not block garage doors or mailbox). 24-hour check-in is available after 3pm check-in time. You can come and go as you wish. Take the path (beside mailbox) along the left side of the house towards double-door entrance to the Red Rose Inn. The path has an incline. There is a keypad at the entrance door to access. Other things to note The space will be cleaned prior to your arrival but will only be cleaned again after your departure. Cleaning supplies will be left in the house for tidying up during long stays. No pets! Smoking is outside only; this residence is not 420 friendly. Please include the correct number of guests on your reservation request.
