Cozy lakeside cottage in the heart of nature

Welcome to Klackenäs in scenic Småland! Here you live secluded in the middle of nature with the lake as a view between the trees. Here is a simple but cozy summer accommodation with room for optimally 4 people, but it can accommodate more. This includes: Equipped kitchen, Toilet, Shower and sauna, washing machine, 1 double bed with room for 2 people, 1 bunk bed with room for 2 people/children and cozy garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Access to private beach with jetty, open fireplace and boat. The space First, you are met by a hall and directly to the right is a small room with a bunk bed where the lower bunk is wider than the upper one. There, up to two people/children can be accommodated, while there is room for one person on the upper bunk. The bunk bed's upper bunk is most optimal for children, which is good to clarify, as it is a little shorter in length than the lower bunk. Straight in from the hall, you have the kitchen with kitchen table, stove/oven and fridge. To the right is a toilet with sink. To the left, you have a TV room with sofa and at the far end of the cottage, there is a bedroom with a double bed. On the property, there is a sauna and shower cabin with a washing machine and a patio/yard. The main house also has a glazed veranda where you can gather and play games in the evenings or rainy days. It is also worth mentioning that it is possible to sleep on the sofa, even if it is not a sofa bed. And since there is room for 2 children in the bunk bed's lower bed, this accommodation can accommodate more than 4 people. Theoretically, there is room for up to 6 guests in the cottage. But 4 is most optimal! Guest access As a guest, you have access to all this, completely private and individual. We, who own the cottage, live in the neighboring house, but it is a comfortable distance, so you live privately without other people right next door. Other things to note You as a guest will have access to our private swimming area. There is a jetty and boat but also an open fire pit – perfect for sausage grilling. Availability depends on how long your stay here is. If you are here up to 7 days, you have access to it all days. But if you're here for more than 7 days, the beach is available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This is because you share it with us! This way, you can have it 4 days all to yourselves, and likewise, we fixed 3 days. But we have two boats so of course you can come down and use one boat if you want. Likewise for us when you are at the beach, then we might come down and go out with one boat. Here in Vetlanda municipality there are many cozy public swimming areas, closest to it is in Korsberga (7 minutes from the cabin by car). Before your stay here, you only need to bring bed linens and towels. If soap, dish soap, or toilet paper runs out during your stay, you are ready to buy more for you during your stay. You'll be responsible for cleaning before you check out. And we appreciate you leaving the cottage in the same condition you found it.
