Living Area: The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The open plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay including utensils and even a coffeemaker. From the kitchen island you look out to the living room/dinning are as well as beautiful views through panoramic floor to ceiling windows. The dining area has a table and six chairs. The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable couch along with an HD TV that is perfect after a long day at the beach. Master Bedroom (Intercostal/Side ocean view): The master bedroom has a king sized bed with high quality memory foam and ecologically produced bed linens and beautiful ocean views. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your clothes and the master bath has a separate shower and tub so that you don’t have to wait for your turn. This bedroom has flat screen TV. Second Bedroom (Direct ocean view): The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with trundle bed and direct ocean view. This bedroom has flat screen TV as well. Plenty of closet space and own bathroom with shower. Guest access Full access to Resort's World Class Highly Rated Amenities: ROOFTOP POOL - Located on the 6th floor, infinity-edge ocean view pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck and (included in resort fee). INTERCOSTAL POOL - Located on the ground floor, infinity-edge intercostal view pool, west side of the building. FITNESS CENTER - 6th floor, Fully-equipped Fitness Center overlooking the intercostal (included in resort fee). BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee). TENNIS COURT ⚠️ Please note: The tennis court will be closed for the summer season. BASKETBALL COURT CONCIERGE - 24-hour personal concierge and room service. RESTAURANT - Three restaurants, including the celebrated Hyde Beach Terrazas, showcase South Florida’s freshest seafood and citrus in seasonal menus that shine with originality (paid separately, off-site, no room service). Housekeeping during stay (optional): $160 + tax This option is provided by the resort and available to book only via email to "centralized", The front desk can provide further details and options to help you reserve a spot. **Early check-in needs to be confirmed with the resort directly by calling, They would be able to check you in as soon as the property gets the confirmation for the inspectors. ***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out. Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
