Minutes away from Orlando's main attractions such as Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, museums, mall outlets, universities and college campus, recreations such as parks, lakes, etc. plus being near main access roads make it a snap to get to explore the beaches and nearby cities' adventures. The space You will be welcomed into the shiny space with achieved balance between the old and the new. The richness in character of this villa type home coupled with today's technology will make your stay feel at home away from home. Guest access The living room, dining room, kitchen, pool and bathroom areas are within the shared spaces that come with your room reservation. Other areas such as office and back patio and areas in renovation are off-limits or not included. During your stay We are a family of four and a doggie :) However, the home setting gives equal space to socializing with us and other guests in the open shared areas or having a private space. Either way, we are available in person, by phone or text for any questions at any time. Other things to note The floor plan of the home allows for separation and privacy for both hosts and guests with airtight sealed doors and windows for additional privacy in the space. There is a baby living in this home so strict adherence to house rules is required.
