This private gorgeous 3-bedroom cottage includes a pool table, air hockey, wet bar, 70" & 50" TV's with streaming, large furnished patio with gazebo and propane fire pit, bbq, kayak, paddleboards and a wood fire pit closer to the gorgeous lake. The space Enjoy the beautiful, quiet waters of Bear Lake in Noelville. This 3 bedroom, 2 baths custom-built lakefront home is sure to check off all the boxes. It is situated on a 140' waterfront lot with a private beach, open concept floor plan throughout, oversized windows and patio doors. Downstairs is truly an entertainer's dream with a wet bar, built-in Bluetooth speakers, air hockey table, Ghostbusters kid's ghost hunt and a pool table with a spectacular view of the lake. Walk out of the basement onto an interlocking stone patio below the large upper cedar wraparound deck with glass railings, which now features the new Blue Jay's Nest (a furnished gazebo with a cozy propane fire pit and mesh curtains to keep the bugs out if needed). We provide 2 Pelican kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 4 adult life preservers and 2 child life preservers. If you have a boat or seadoo, there is a boat launch nearby. Ask us for more information. Noelville is a small town with all the amenities that you would need. Short 85 km drive from Sudbury and 366 km from Toronto. Both Smart TV’s (70" and 50") have streaming available. We also have a variety of games. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the standard dishes, oil and spices. It also includes a drip and pod style coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. Lastly, the exterior includes a wood fire pit area, a private beach with large floating dock, a large hammock and ample seating to take in the incredible lake view and the sounds of the singing birds. And don't forget to feed Buddy the friendly chipmunk who eats from his very own mini picnic table on the deck and is a big hit with the kids. We supply a small bag of raw sunflower seeds. Buddy also loves raw almonds and small pieces of berries. This is the perfect place to make memories with your friends and family.
