No TV in Rooms: To ensure a peaceful, restful environment, there are no TVs in the bedrooms. However, you are welcome to use the TV in the shared living room. Other things to note We want you to have a wonderful stay! Since this is a shared home, please review our firm but friendly policies to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone: -Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure restful nights for all guests. -No Parties/Events: Parties and photo shoots are strictly prohibited. -Pet-Free Zone: We maintain a strict no-pet policy due to severe allergies. -Age Restriction: No children under 12 years of age are permitted. -Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Unapproved visitors will incur a $35 fee per person, per day. -Smoke-Free Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Any smoke odor detected inside will incur a $100 cleaning fee. -Cleanliness: Please keep bathrooms and common areas clean after use. Sleeping in common areas is not permitted. -Food & Drink: Please be respectful and do not consume items belonging to other guests or the host. -Thermostat: Please do not change the temperature settings. -Laundry: Available for $5 per load (detergent not included). Please request usage 24 hours in advance. -Linens: An initial linen fee of $15 applies. Replacements cost an additional $15 each and will be conveniently left outside your room once payment is received. Mail/Deliveries: A $30 fee applies if mailbox access is needed for deliveries. EV Charging: Dedicated EV charging is not provided. A $35 nightly fee applies when a regular home outlet is used for charging. Late Checkout: To allow ample time for cleaning, late departures will incur a $50 fee. - Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging. - Please do not unplug or remove any connected devices (gateway, cables, or chargers).
