It has 3 levels and a spectacular, large terrace overlooking volcanoes, mountains and the center of Antigua. Walk downtown in 15 minutes. Pets with an additional charge. The space Important note for your convenience: Our house has the charm of the old, and we have striven to make it cozy, comfortable and full of beautiful details to make you feel at home. We want you to have all the information you need from the start so you can make the most of your stay. We are located at the foot of a mountain, which surrounds us with nature. Therefore, small insects or animals may occasionally appear inside the house. Don't worry, we do regular fumigations to keep everything under control. Due to the topography of the land, the house is composed of 3 levels, so there are several steps to access from the garage to the social areas and two rooms, and others that connect to the terrace. All steps have handrails for easy access. You should know that we are only allowed to enter 2 vehicles. The house's garage has an electric gate and is not suitable for low vehicles. You can park the other car in front of the house. Guest access You will have access to the entire house during your stay. On the first floor you will find: • A garage for your convenience. • A room with a private bathroom, equipped with two imperial beds. Going up the steps: • On the left is the living room and dining room, spacious and cozy spaces to share. • To the right is the fully equipped kitchen and the hallway leading to two additional bedrooms, both with private bathrooms: • The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. • The other room has two imperial beds. From the dining room or the master bedroom, you can go directly to the terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural environment. The laundry room is located just below the steps leading to the terrace, so you have everything you need during your stay. Other things to note Important rules to keep in mind: • Some of our walls are shared with neighbors, so we ask you to be careful and aware of the noise level, especially at night. • No parties or events allowed. • Music on the terrace is allowed until 10:00 pm. Using it outside these hours carries fines of up to $100 by the condominium. • Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge. If you plan to bring one, please let us know in advance. Companion pets are allowed with their respective municipal permits and therefore are NOT allowed to stay inside the house when you leave.
