Whitstable family home, 2mins walk to beach

Based in Tankerton. Short walk to the beach, for swims and sunsets. Harbour Street is a 20mins coastal walk into town. With lots of beautiful independent shops, cafes and restaurants. I can send lots of recommendations on booking. We will be leaving our very friendly, gentle cat Jasper at home. For our guest to feed once a day. Please, only cat lovers are welcome 🙏🏻. The space This is a family home. Therefore just families to book. No parties and no large gatherings. Spacious 4 bed Georgian home with lots of modern comforts. The large kitchen is a perfect hub for your stay with lots of light and ambience. You’ll find a washing machine and microwave in the utility room and a small bathroom by the door. Connected to the kitchen is a playroom with heaps of board games and TV. The garden has a trampoline and small tree swing for the kids. And seating for your evening sunshine. The living room is very large and comfortable, as is the master bedroom upstairs. The upstairs family bathroom has a walk-in shower and large bath. There’s also a full length mirror. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, the smaller of the three is a single room with a bed that converts to a double if needed. Up in the loft is a fourth bedroom with en-suite. If look out the front window you see the sea! Guest access Guests can access all parts of the home with the exception of the loft and shed. Other things to note We have a cat, Jasper. At bedtime we would recommend you make sure he is either out or in the kitchen, and to close both the kitchen and playroom doors. Otherwise he will come and say hello in the middle of the night. He is super gentle and can be picked up and carried easily.
