The little house in Champagne

Charming outbuilding located in a village that is both quiet and close to the city center of Troyes (15 min) and the Orient Forest (25 min). Ideal for a business trip or a short romantic stay, you will find everything you need to stay there and discover the capital of the Aube. Accommodating up to 4 people, fully equipped, it consists of a kitchen, shower room, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Free secure parking on premises. The space Ideally designed for 2 people with a bedroom consisting of a double bed 140 cm x 190 cm. For short stays, or business trips there is also the possibility of having a second bed in the living room with the sofa bed (200 cm x 140 cm). Outside, a small garden is at your disposal with its table and garden chairs. The garden of the house is not accessible to guests. No smoking allowed 🚭 Pets are forbidden 🚨🚨 To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer options to choose from (on request 48 hours in advance and subject to availability): *Breakfast (croissants, bread, jam, yogurt, juice, milk, butter, coffee/tea) - €12/person *Evening meal late arrival - €15/person * Aperitif tray - €20 *Bottle of champagne - €20 *Bouquet of flowers on arrival - €30 * Romantic decoration (chocolates, flower petals, candles) - €20 Guest access Access is via a quiet one-way street. After picking up the remote control for the electric gate, you can park in a closed and secure courtyard. The entire outbuilding and courtyard are accessible outside the main house and back garden.
