The Beachwood: A bright & spacious vacation oasis

Come relax at the Beachwood, a modern and very demure home that’s perfect for families or friends! We are a short distance between downtown Lake Geneva shopping, restaurants, bars, Big Foot Beach State Park & Beach. Whether you want to go out, relax, stay inside or have a fun place to work remote, we can accommodate your group! Note: We are in a quiet residential area. Absolutely no parties or loud outdoor noises allowed. The space SLEEPING: - 4 bed/2.5 bath (all bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor together) ----> Bedroom 1: Primary Bedroom (King + Full Bathroom (w/shower)) ----> Bedroom 2: 2 sets of Bunk Beds ----> Bedroom 3: Queen w/Trundle ----> Bedroom 4: Queen w/ Loft ----> Shared Full Bath (bathtub + shower) - To help you get some extra zzz’s at night, all bedrooms have alarm clocks, sound machines, night lights and USB outlets to charge your phone and electronics. We also have two small fans in the closets should you prefer to sleep a bit cooler LIVING: - Fully stocked kitchen, Nespresso machine, washer/dryer, free WiFi, Chromecast enabled TVs, large dining room table for 12 & outdoor table for 10, new furnishings/flooring, and plenty of games for all ages to keep the laughs going well into the night - Unwind at the end of the day in front of our basement movie theater sized 75” smart TV with popcorn & cozy blankets or play the NBA jam video game - Take advantage of our multiple work spaces throughout the house & free WiFi for guests working remote/attending school virtually OUTDOORS: - Kick back & enjoy coffee at sunrise or a happy hour at dusk in our stunning and newly renovated screened in porch. Turn on the gas fire pit and enjoy s’mores and added warmth through the evening. - Head out to the backyard and swing in our hammock, play a game of bags, sit around the fire pit or wine and dine with friends/family on our extra large outdoor table that seats 10 PARKING: - Free access for up to 4 vehicles (2 driveway + 2 garage) THE LOCATION: - Perfect home base to enjoy all the area has to offer downtown in Lake Geneva, Williams Bay, Fontana & Delavan - Centrally located & walking distance to the downtown shops, breweries, restaurants, Lake Geneva Riviera Beach & Big Foot Beach. Plus, only a block away from Rushwood Park - Every season in Lake Geneva is stocked with activities & we can’t wait to host your next vacation! --> Spring/Summer: Boating, golfing, beaches, petting zoos, horseback riding, movies in the park, waterfront dining, petting zoos, strawberry picking, wine tasting, shopping, outdoor dining, ice cream, fudge tasting --> Fall/Winter: Apple picking, pumpkin farms, Oktoberfest, ice castles, snow fishing, snowmobiling, skating, skiing, sledding Guest access - Access to the entire house - Keyless entry Other things to note - Heading to the beach? We got you covered with beach towels, a beach bag, sand toys and a beach wagon available during your stay! - Kid friendly; Pack-n-play, baby gate, changing table, step stool and high chair available upon request. - Primary tenant making the reservation must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay (day & night) - Please respect our neighbors and keep noise down between 10 PM- 8 AM - Inquire about special off-season rates for monthly stays, Oct-Apr (we'd love to host your group or have you for the holidays!)
