"La Joliette" is a beautiful millstone from the 1900s. ★ You will be accommodated on the ground floor with independent access. Accommodation that stays cool all summer. You can enjoy the large landscaped garden of 500 m2, not overlooked by the street. ★ It is a haven of peace with shops and transport 5 min walk. There is an excellent bakery and various caterers. Lidl and Leclerc are 10 min away. Close to Parc des Expositions Villepinte, Disneyland and CDG by car. The space ★ The bedroom, 13 m2, overlooks the garden and is equipped with a glass door, brand new double glazing. It is equipped with a folding table/desk. ★ The bathroom, equipped with a toilet and a large bathtub, and the kitchen area were redone in 2024. The dining area is separate. ★ HIGH-SPEED WIFI  ★ Outdoor parking space often available, otherwise you can park a normal sized vehicle inside our courtyard for free. ★ Microwave/Oven, hob and kitchen accessories. ★  Condiments (Salt, peppers), Infusions & tea are at your disposal. You can enjoy the garden that was once part of the Bondy Forest. Meals can be enjoyed in this green setting. We offer additional services: massage in the garden office performed by a professional masseur, or relaxation session, or hypnotherapy. If you are interested, it is also possible to schedule a private photography session in an iconic place in Paris or the place of your choice. Guest access The whole floor is private + shared access to the garden. Other things to note The studio is 2m high under ceiling. We live in the upstairs house with my husband, Nicolas, our daughter Anais, 5 years old, and our son Soan, 2.5 years old, and our cat Cathie. There may be noise from time to time, especially on weekends and evenings until 9 p.m. Not suitable for people who stay all day in the accommodation and above all seek complete calm. The rest of the time don't hesitate to let us know if you mind. Non-smoking accommodation (ok in the garden, cigarette butts to be thrown in the trash please in a closed bag). No extra guests or visitors without asking first.
