Recently refurbished to a very high standard but keeping the original features to enjoy with a Summer Roof Terrace!. Although the harbour's hustle and bustle is a stone throw away, the cottage is conveniently tucked away for when you want those quieter evenings, the perfect location! We also have a private driveway for a medium size car - a rarity in the harbour! The space Lock and leave cottage, which is up a short but fairly steep hill. However, it does have parking for those who need assistance getting around. Spacious lounge and dining area with original features such as limestone walls, beams and stove. Fireplace with electric heater. Separate split level kitchen with steps not too steep to the bathroom and bedroom. Note 3 steps from bathroom to bedrooms. We have thought carefully to ensure all kitchen amenities are supplied. A further few steps lead to 2 double bedrooms, one double bed and 2 singles and bathroom. Ample storage. Central heating throughout with hive thermostat. Both bedrooms and lounge have TV's with Freeview and smart apps. Bathroom has both a powerful shower and separate bath. Double doors in the kitchen lead to a private courtyard with stone seating area. Summer Roof Terrace (April to October) In the courtyard, are steps which leads onto a brand new beautiful summer roof terrace which features original walls, garden dining area and a luxury day bed. (Please note that the roof terrace is accessible via a few steep steps, which some people may find challenging, so please use these with care!). For safety reasons, this summer terrace is only open between April to October. Car park space is suitable for a medium sized car.
