We offer two access options: ✔ Personal Reception: Ms. Flor will welcome you, give you the keys, and show you the house, explaining how it works and the rules. ✔ Independent Access: We have a coded safe near the entrance so you can enter independently. Once inside, access to the bedrooms is via stairs. During your stay Interaction with Guests I am available to support guests throughout their stay. If I am at the house, I can assist them personally; if I am away, I always leave it to Mrs. Flor, who is available to resolve any issues that may arise.
