The space This is the lower level / ADU of a home. You have your own private deck and the beach is shared with other renters but often empty :) Other things to note 3/11 update: Unit is undergoing renovations and getting some upgrades to be completed by May. Pictures do not yet reflect the latest. Available May - July then again in October. Open to long term starting in October. 30 day minimum and maximum stays.
