Our apartment is located in a modern building with an elevator that has all the comforts. It is located in a residential area of the Malasaña neighbourhood, just seven minutes from Madrid's Gran Vía. The apartment is newly renovated, it is very bright and its modern finishes are very well cared for. Its maximum occupancy is two people, it has a living room - kitchen and a bedroom equipped with a 150 cm double bed. The space The accommodation has a living room - kitchen space and a bedroom. It has a Smart TV, a small dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge freezer... In addition to the necessary utensils for short and long stays. The keys will be handed over using a safe located in our central offices, very close to the accommodation. On December 24 and 31, Check-in time is until 3:00 p.m. On December 25 and January 1 there are no tickets. The departure from the accommodation or Check-out must be made before 11:00 am. After that time, we can access the accommodation without prior notice. If it is difficult or uncomfortable for you to "leave" the accommodation before the mentioned time, do not hesitate to ask us about the possibility of checking-out outside these hours. Depending on dates and times we can extend this schedule or not. This extension can be free or upon payment of an extra amount that will depend on the occupancy and reservations of the accommodation on those dates. Our apartments are Pet Friendly, so we love pets and they are always welcome.
