There are French doors that lead to a 45 foot deck with a gas barbecue grill and a teak table with seating for 6 along with deck chairs. Dine on the deck overlooking Lake Placid Lake and Mckenzie Mountain while taking in magnificent sunsets displayed in front of you. A/C window units in bedrooms. The space Seneca Loj is only a short walk away from Main Street shops, restaurants, theaters, public beach, tennis courts and Olympic Arenas or take a 10 minute drive to Whiteface Mountain Ski Center and ski on world famous slopes! Ideal for four adults. Children & house-trained dogs are permitted. Plenty of parking. Boat launch nearby. The homeowner lives in the private home behind the rental unit. Other things to note We work hard and play hard so we need our rest. There are strict limits on noise levels between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Ordinances will be enforced by any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the short-term rental property. A violation of this ordinance will result in termination of the contract.
