Description

Please contact before booking. Sunny, well-ventilated family house, in the mountain but near the beach and all services. Calm area but with neighbours nearby. Garden with BBQ, 2 tables & 12 chairs, parking space and 220x150 tubular pool. 2 storeys, upper with sloping wooden ceiling. 4 bedrooms (2x queen bed, 1x twin beds, 1x single bed), dining-sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and open space leading to terrace (with 2 single beds & optional queen matress to be placed on the floor). The space Please do NOT book before having read the house rules and having contacted previously. The house is 100 m2 (85 m2 if the part with a heigth lower than 2 m is not taken into account) and the garden 150m2. It is very well profited but for large groups it may offer little privacy. In fact, there are beds for 8 people. The rest have to sleep in a double foam mattress we place in the open space in the upper floor, next to the single bed and an additional air mattress if needed. The house is our holiday home. The best of the house is the outside. It has got a garden with BBQ, 2 tables sitting 6 people each, 12 chairs, laundry, 220x150 tubular swimming-pool and parking space. And upstairs, a great terrace with incredible views over the sea. It has two storeys, although you have everything to live in one. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bed-side table, and another with twin beds, a bedside table and an external built-in wardrobe), sitting-diningroom, kitchen and bathroom (with small bathtub and washing-machine). The upper storey has got a sloping wooden ceiling. It is accessed through the stairs that can be seen in the photos. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, a built-in wardrobe and a bedside table, a very small bedroom with a single bed, a small bathroom and an open space leading to a great terrace with incredible views over the sea with two single beds where a double foam mattress can be placed for groups larger than 9 people. I expect my guests to make a responsible consumption of resourse and a good use of the house. For this reason I charge a caution of 30€/day (150€ maximum for short stays) at arrival, from where I deduce the electricty consumption over 4 kw and 1 m3 of water per day and possible damages and I return on the day they leave. In case of superating these limits, I charge 0.3€ for each kwh of electricity and 2€ for each m3 of water. The cooker, the oven and the stoves run on butain and it is free. Tablecloths, hand towels, cloths, scrougers, bed pillows with covers, blankets and quilts will be provided, but for groups of over 4 people I provide no bed sheets or bath towels. No parties or noise allowed at night. We do not want any problems with our neighbours. The swimming pool is only available in July and August. Hot water in bathroom and kitchen. No smoking allowed in the house and cigarette ends cannot be thrown in the garden. No pets allowed. There is no air conditioning. This is our holiday home and I consider it is not necessary. There are 8 FANS: 4 standing fans and 4 tower fans and the house is well ventilated. There are 2 blue flame butane stoves. Before booking, it is necessary to AGREE on arrival and departure times. In general Monday to Thursday arrival will be between 16-20 pm, Friday 15-20 pm and Saturday and Sunday 8-20 h. Departure should be agreed upon. The running and cleaning of the house is done by my children and me. For this reason, it is essencial for me that guests stick to the arrival and departure times agreed. At arrival hosts must sign the inventory, pay the caution of 30€/day (150€ maximum) to be returned on the day they leave, pay the tourist tax (1,75€ per person above 17 years old and night) and provide their identity cards/passports for their registration. Guest access All the house is at the guests' disposal. It can be accessed from the corridor with a door with key or from the garden through a gate with a combination lock if you are coming by car. Garden, BBQ, laundry, parking space and 220x150 tubular swimming pool (all private). Calm neighbourhood without parking space problems.
